A rich resource presented in an approachable way! (5 stars)
I've wanted to learn more about bone broth since stumbling upon an interesting article about it on Pinterest a couple of years back. I've made plenty of stock in my slow cooker from turkey and chicken carcasses before but had never thought of it as a super food before. If you want to learn more about it and how to really benefit from it, I think this book is hands-down the best resource out there.
The approach is very down-to-earth and realistic. I loved the very personal nature in how Louise and Heather shared their knowledge and recipes. I felt as if I were sitting down with friends who were sharing their wisdom and life experience with me in an approachable, friendly way. They covered everything I could have asked about and more. I will be recommending this one to friends and fellow health and wellness interested fans and followers.
