It's been a while, huh? I wish I'd had time to photograph this one properly but it's a long story and this was a last-minute dish I made up. We were cutting into it for taste testing—I won a contest with it!—and sampling it before I remembered I wanted a photo. Whoops! But it was yummy, so yummy I've been begged to share the recipe so here it is...
Cherry Lemonade Cobbler
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix Citrus Sugar Cookie Mix and the included sugar packet with butter and egg with a fork until crumbly. Spread pie filling in a greased 8 x 8 baking pan; sprinkle Citrus Sugar Cookie mixture over top. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. Makes 9 servings.
