Final Thoughts: J'Adore Voxbox

If you follow me anywhere else you've probably noticed how swamped I am (hence no unboxing post). Book promotions work. Trouble with our menagerie. My side business. My kids and husband. The worst part was that I was super eager for the arrival of my #JAdoreVoxBox but when it arrived I was in chaos central. Very little time to do more than test the products inside. And it was such a GREAT box!

Red Rose Simply Indulgent Tea
Hershey's KISSES
Boots Botanics Shine Away Ionic Clay Mask
KISS Looks So Natural Lashes
John Freida Frizz-Ease 3 Day Straight Flat Iron Spray
Vaseline Men Spray Lotion Fast Absorbing

It was a little bit like Christmas to be honest. My favorite voxboxes always have beauty booty and tea but my favorite part of the box was that there was something in it to share specifically with my man.

The only product I really didn't do anything with was the Flat Iron Spray because my hair is straight. I don't even own a flat iron. So there really wasn't much I could do with it. Once my daughter is older something like this might be perfect for her if she ever wants to tame her curls but those skipped some generations before she got them. lol

My favorites from this box were the lotion for my hubs and the Simply Indulgent Teas. I haven't found the tea anywhere local but O-M-G are they good. Soft and flavored to perfection without the bitter finish many teas I've had that were 'dessert teas' have had. I will keep looking because I've got coupons and have to stock up!

I loved the Creme Caramel and Lemon Chiffon so I've been on the hunt for the Peach Cobbler and Cinnamon Streusel varieties.

The lotion, however, I have found and will probably buy again. My husband has so much trouble wiht dry skin and he's very sensitive to scents so I was worried this would be awful. The scent is light but nice and manly... kinda foresty but fresh. Our cat freaks out every night when he lotions up because of the slight high-pitched hissing sound the sprayer makes. lol So far though, the hubs digs it.

Of course, you'd have to be crazy not to loooove getting a huge bag of Hershey's KISSES to share with your sweeties. My voxbox arrived after Valentine's Day so we had a lot of other candy in the house at the time. I did have a pretty adorbs moment with my daughter when she saw me setting up a photo of them for Twitter/Instagram. She had her own box of them from grandma from Valentine's and she got out a trio of them and did this cute little pose...

She's such a goof! She had to show me there were pink ones, red ones, and silver ones. I think she thinks they're not the same candy inside. ☺

If you read the blog your can check out my thoughts on the other two products in depth here and here.

Overall, this was a great box that featured fun products that were generally pretty new to me that my family really had a great time trying. I can't wait for another box of goodies to land at my door so I can try them!
